Can we use the kitchen?
Customers do not have permission to use the kitchen nor have meals inside the apartment unless specifically agreed by the host.
What are the check-in and check-out hours?
Check in time is flexible and it will be based on an appointment.
No problem to welcome and register you early in the morning and take your luggage. If the room was not occupied by another guest the night before, you will already check in. Otherwise you can leave your luggage with us and it will become available around 14.00 after cleaning.
We can receive you late only after specific approval and with an upcharge of 20 euros after 22.00 or 30 euros after midnight.
Check out is at 10 am, but there are no problems to leave your luggage at the apartment. We will provide you with a key to return to the apartment and pick it up when you need.

The apartment is on two floors with internal stairs. We are sorry, there is no elevator!

The whole apartment and all rooms are non-smoking only.

All rooms feature a LCD TV. No international channels available.

All rooms have air conditioning. Operation is allowed between 8:00 to 23:00 at no extra-charge.

There is garage a few steps away at daily rates of €25/35. There is a multi-story parking lot 1 km away at daily rates of €16.
